Getting a French visitor to Ireland back on track

That’s what happened recently to an 88 year old French visitor to Ireland, whose identity card and wallet were stolen – and they were due to fly on to Spain rather than directly to France.
Fortunately Tourist SOS were on hand to lend assistance. Our team worked closely with airlines, immigration authorities, and the tourist's family to explore every available option. After several challenges, our airline contacts kindly offered a complimentary transfer to a direct flight to France, helping our visitor to avoid an extended stay in Ireland while replacement travel documents were being arranged.
